Overview: This retreat brought together the full staff of the Save the Redwoods League for their first retreat since 2019
After five years without a full staff gathering, 75 members of Save the Redwoods League came together in San Francisco for a retreat designed to reconnect and realign.
The day celebrated individual and team contributions while fostering meaningful staff connections. Facilitated activities strengthened trust, connecetion and reinforced a shared sense of belonging. The retreat also created space for collaboration on the organization’s DEI initiatives, encouraging collective buy-in. All with some silliness and fun sprinkled in.

Scope of Work: I partnered with Lightwell.xyz to design and facilitate the retreat, leading the discovery process to address key organizational goals and challenges. Staff left feeling more connected, valued, and invested in their shared work.
