Overview: MIGA, a department within the World Bank, was facing rapid expansion and needed to bring their whole staff together for a retreat focused on navigating change.

After expanding its team by 50% to 250 people, MIGA, a department within the World Bank, faced the challenges of rapid change. To foster belonging and inclusion amid this transition, they brought staff together for a two-day retreat focused on connection, resilience, and envisioning the future.

Through facilitated activities, staff built relationships across teams, reflected on their inner resources for navigating change, and explored new possibilities for their evolving organization. The retreat provided a rare opportunity for meaningful dialogue, helping unify the department and create a shared sense of direction.
